How to get to Trinity

Car

From the east (London, Bristol, Cardiff):- Take the M4 westbound until Junction 49- Pont Abraham Services (end of motorway). Take the first exit on the roundabout for A48- Carmarthen (dual carriageway). This road will take you into Carmarthen. At Pensarn roundabout at the end of the A48, take the 2nd exit over Lesneven Bridge. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit for A40- St Clears/ Haverfordwest. Proceed for 600 yds under a flyover then immediately take the slip road on your left for Johnstown (this turning will take you onto the flyover). At the junction on the flyover turn left. At the next set of traffic lights take the second exit for Jobswell Road (an immediate left after passing the Friends Arms). Continue up the hill and around the bend at the top and take the second entrance on your right. Welcome to Trinity.

From the north east (Chester, Wrexham, Welshpool):- Take the A483 for Newtown. At Newtown take A489- Llanidloes, (this road changes to become the A470 at Caersws railway crossing). Follow the A470 for Builth Wells. At Newbridge-on-Wye turn left and join the B4358 for Beulah- (this is a short cut avoiding Builth Wells). At Beulah turn right and rejoin the A483- Llandovery/ Carmarthen. At Llandovery take the A40- Llandeilo/ Carmarthen. This road will take you into Carmarthen. At Abergwili roundabout take the 2nd exit for Carmarthen. Continue until the next roundabout and then take the 1st exit for Carmarthen. Follow this dual carriageway along the bank of the river Towy. At the next roundabout take 2nd exit for Swansea- M4. At the next roundabout take 3rd exit for A40- St Clears/ Haverfordwest and over Lesneven Bridge. At next roundabout take 1st exit, again for A40- St Clears/ Haverfordwest. Proceed for 600 yds under a flyover then immediately take the slip road on your left for Johnstown (this turning will take you onto the flyover). At the junction on the flyover turn left. From the north west (Anglesey, Bangor, Caernarfon):- Take the A487/A470 for Dolgellau. 5 miles south of Dolgellau turn right at Cross Foxes Inn for A487- Machynlleth/ Aberystwyth. Follow A487 (coast road) down through Machynlleth and Aberystwyth until Aberaeron. At Aberaeron bear left for the A482- Lampeter. At Lampeter take the A485- Carmarthen. This road will take you into Carmarthen. At first roundabout take 1st exit for A40/M4- Llandeilo/ Swansea (dual carriageway begins). At next roundabout take 2nd exit for Carmarthen/ Swansea. Follow this dual carriageway along the bank of the river Towy. At the next roundabout take 2nd exit for Swansea- M4. At next roundabout take 3rd exit for A40- St Clears/ Haverfordwest and over Lesneven Bridge. At next roundabout take 1st exit, again for A40- St Clears/ Haverfordwest. Proceed for 600 yds under a flyover then immediately take the slip road on your left for Johnstown (this turning will take you onto the flyover). At the junction on the flyover turn left. From the west (Pembrokeshire):- Take the A40 eastbound. This road will take you into Carmarthen. About 1000 yds after passing the Three Counties showground take a slip road signposted Johnstown (dual carriageway ends). Continue on this road until a set of traffic lights (at the Friends Arms). At the traffic lights turn left immediately after The Friends Arms. Continue up the hill and around the bend at the top and take the second entrance on your right. Welcome to Trinity.
